Comfort Foods with a Gourmet Twist at the Capital Grille!

What happens when a very creative executive chef gets his hands on classic comfort food recipes? Tampa Bay dining magic, that's what happens! That's right folks! Beginning January 18 and running through February 28, find out at the Capital Grille at International Plaza in Tampa's famed Westshore District, where your best loved dishes from decades past are getting a gourmet makeover!

Not only will they be whipping up some new creations with an old twist, but they are slapping a great deal on it as well! How bout a four course menu for $49 folks!

Here are just a few of the items to choose from on the menu:

Appetizer:

• ...Cup of Tomato and Fennel Soup with Miniature Grilled Mozzarella, Prosciutto, and Basil Sandwiches

Salad:

• ...Boston Bibb Salad with Russian Dressing

Choice of Entree:

• ...Braised Wagyu Short Ribs with Gruyere Crust

• ...Tournedos of Beef "Wellington"

Umm yeah, I don't know about you guys, but just typing that was making my stomach growl! The 18th just can't seem to get here fast enough for me!
